Some aspects of Squish Test Center can be configured in the Server Settings. As an user with admin rights you can hover over the user menu in the top right corner of your screen, where you will find the Global Settings menu. In the Server tab of the Global Settings you can configure the following options:

This should be set to the URL where your Squish Test Center instance is hosted, i.e. how it's accessible from within your company network. This setting is used to generate links for external systems when results are pushed to and from Squish Test Center.
This is the mail address used for result notification mails ( Test Result Notifications (Section 3.8)).
This is the Public version of the RSA-Key Squish Test Center uses for authentication ( JIRA OAuth Setup (Section 4.4.2.4)).
Enable new account requests from the login page.
Enable this when users should be able to self signup without involving an admin user.
Squish Test Center caches some of the generated test results to speed
up loading times. The cache gets cleared when it is disabled.
The cache is stored in testcenter/cache/cache.db
.
Used to specify the max. size of the cached data. The default is 250 MB. The actual size on disk and in memory might exceed the specified size, as this number does not include meta data overhead.
Any change to these settings needs to be confirmed by pressing the Update button in the top right corner of the Server tab.
